CONSTITUTION FOR THE SOUTH DAKOTA NATIONAL GUARD

The name of this organization shall be known as the South Dakota National Guard Enlisted Association.  The purpose of this organization shall be to perpetuate the National Guard; to hold all enlisted personnel of the South Dakota National Guard in proximity with each other; to promote and maintain adequate educational instruction which will endeavor to advance the status, welfare, and professionalism of the enrolled members and to maintain adequate national security through the endeavors of the enlisted members of the South Dakota National Guard.
